The most important factors for a lengthy life , I think, are partially in the genes; number 2 is lifestyle, which include healthy diet and typical exercise. I walk, work and move every day. But, I do believe an excessive amount of workout is also unhealthy as a result of over-stress; often people who workout too much time each day die early.
The nice thing about’Arrow’is we never say never on the show. Ideally the display can have a wonderful extended life , and all manner of points could happen.
