The most important facets for a long life , I think, are partly in the genes; number 2 is life style, including healthy diet and normal exercise. I go, work and swimming every day. But, I do believe a lot of exercise can be harmful due to over-stress; sometimes people who exercise too much time each day die early.
The nice issue about’Arrow’is we never claim never on the show. Ideally the show can have a nice extended life , and all types of things can potentially happen.
