The main facets for a long life , I do believe, are partly in the genes; number 2 is life style, which includes balanced diet and normal exercise. I go, run and move every day. However, I think too much exercise can be poor due to over-stress; occasionally individuals who exercise too much time each day die early.
The good point about’Arrow’is we never say never on the show. Hopefully the show can have a great extended life , and all types of points could happen.
